We are Forest Bathing Guides and needed a safeguarding policy as part of a job proposal for a series of family nature connection activity for a large international charity. We are a dual-preneurship and wanted something straightforward that didn't refer to the need for dozens of other policies and procedures which are irrelevant to a small company service supplier. It needed to be something useful (not just to meet a corporate partner 'requirement'). There was a selection of templates online but most of them were almost incomprehensible. A few were free (generally referring to specific social worker type scenarios) but most required you to give over payment details and remember to cancel your subscription. The Modern HR Safeguarding Policy ticked all the boxes. It was a moderate and fair cost which involved 7 days to submit queries. I did have a query and got a helpful, succinct and timely response. Thank you Mandy, I will be using you again next time I need any kind of policy.
