Q. What are the benefits of Strengths Coaching?
Strengths Coaching helps individuals understand what they naturally do best—and how to use those talents more intentionally at work. The key benefits are: Better performance, more confidence, stronger communication, less conflict, and higher engagement. For teams, it boosts collaboration, trust, and overall effectiveness. Simply put: people work better when they play to their strengths. -
Q. How does this work for teams?
Everyone in the team will complete a Strengths Finder Assessment, I can analyse the data to identify the collective strengths as well as strength gaps or watch-outs.
I typically run half day bespoke workshops designed to share the results and elevate team performance, team collaboration, trust and success. These can be in-person or virtual. -
Q. Do I need to know anything about strengths before starting?
Nope! I’ll guide you through everything. You’ll complete the CliftonStrengths assessment beforehand, and we’ll go through your results together in a clear, practical way. -

Yes I am. I have coached hundreds of people from Boards, to CEOs and their Senior Leadership Teams as well as wider staff teams. Everything is strictly confidential. -
