    Gallup Strengths Coaching helps individuals identify and leverage their unique talents using the CliftonStrengths assessment. It focuses on building strengths rather than fixing weaknesses to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.

    Once everyone in the team has completed the Strengths Finder Assessment, I can analyse the data to identify the collective strengths, things to celebrate and any strength gaps or watch-outs.

    I typically run half day bespoke workshops designed to share the results and elevate team performance, team collaboration, trust and success. 
  4. Q. How long does it take to complete the Strengths Finder Assessment?
    This will take around 45 mins to complete.

    Yes I am. I have coached hundreds of people from Boards, to CEOs and their Senior Leadership Teams as well as wider staff teams.
