    It’s coaching based on the CliftonStrengths assessment - a powerful tool that helps individuals identify their natural talents and learn how to turn them into strengths. I use it to help people perform better, communicate more effectively, and grow in confidence.
  2. Q. Who is this for?
    I work with individuals, managers, leadership teams, and CEO's. Whether you’re trying to boost your own leadership impact or get your whole team working better together, this coaching is for you.
  3. Q. What are the benefits of Strengths Coaching?
    Strengths Coaching helps individuals understand what they naturally do best—and how to use those talents more intentionally at work. The key benefits are: Better performance, more confidence, stronger communication, less conflict, and higher engagement. For teams, it boosts collaboration, trust, and overall effectiveness. Simply put: people work better when they play to their strengths.
  4. Q. How does this work for teams?
    Everyone in the team will complete a Strengths Finder Assessment, I can analyse the data to identify the collective strengths as well as strength gaps or watch-outs.

    I typically run half day bespoke workshops designed to share the results and elevate team performance, team collaboration, trust and success. These can be in-person or virtual.  
  5. Q. Do I need to know anything about strengths before starting?
    Nope! I’ll guide you through everything. You’ll complete the CliftonStrengths assessment beforehand, and we’ll go through your results together in a clear, practical way.
  6. Q. Are you a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach?
    Yes I am. I have coached hundreds of people from Boards, to CEOs and their Senior Leadership Teams as well as wider staff teams. Everything is strictly confidential. 
  7. Q. What does it cost?
    Prices depend on whether you’re booking individual coaching or a full team programme. I’ll walk you through the options during our free consultation call—no pressure.
