How much time will it take to go through the training & resources? 

A few hours max. I’ve cut out the fluff and streamlined the process to help you get your systems in place and running quickly. The most important thing is you haven't the thinking time to digest this and focus on hiring the right role. 

Who is this training for?

This is for all UK Entrepreneurs that want to hire a team. You could be hiring employees, contractors or workers. 

When do I get access to the training content and private members area?

You get immediate access after purchase. This includes training and a range of tools and templates to save you time and help you make better hiring decisions. 

Are you a recruitment agency?

No. I don't undertake a search for you but I do give you the training and steps on how to do it. This is a done with you support programme. I don't take a percentage or fee. 

I’ve never hired anyone before. Is this for me?

Yes. This is perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanted to improve their knowledge skills and confidence around hiring a team. 

I’m recruiting for a very niche role. Will this programme work for me?

Yes. This is because we focus on the best UK job boards and FB groups to advertise your jobs. We also incorporate UK employment law into our interview questions and employment contracts i.e. the law within England, Scotland Wales & Northern Ireland. 

How much does this programme cost?

The purpose of this bootcamp to ensure you get clarity over who and what you need. However, people are complex and sometimes it may just not be a good match. In this case, you won;t be left to deal with this yourself. I'm an HR Professional so I'll help you come up with an action plan that feels good to you. 

Why is this programme so affordable?

This is a beta programme, and so the price is lower right now. If you used a recruitment agency you'd pay around £6k on average and really only get a quarter of the support in comparrison. 

Why are you qualified to help me with my recruitment?

Yes! I'm CIPD Qualified with a Masters in HR. I've hired hundreds of people successfully over the years. 

What if I go through the programme and still can’t hire anyone?

I'd be surprised if you didn't hire within the 12 weeks of working through the content but you have lifetime access to the course. If this happens, get in touch and let’s figure out why.
