Workplace disputes can be a nightmare for small business owners 😰 They’re emotionally draining, time consuming, and can cost the earth.
One way to avoid them, is to get written proof that your staff have read and understood the HR policies contained within your employee handbook 👍
That’s where my disclaimer form comes in. And what’s more, you can use it for both new and existing employees.
WHY YOU NEED THIS FORM
Picture the scene. Your employee is off sick, but hasn’t followed your procedure for reporting the absence. When you confront them about it, they say they didn’t know what the right procedure was?! 🤔
With my form, you can stop this situation from happening in the first place. Or if it does happen, at least you have something solid to fall back on.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
A link to a one-page form in Microsoft Word format – that arrives in your email inbox within seconds. Just download it and give it to your employee to sign to say that they’ve received and read your employee handbook and agree to comply to it. Then keep it in a safe place. Simple!
A few extra things you need to know:
➡ It’s super easy to personalise. You just add your company logo and change the bits I’ve highlighted for you in red.
➡ If you’ve any queries after you’ve purchased my form – I’m totally here for you! Just send me an email with any questions.
MY TOP TIP
💡 To protect you – and the business you’ve worked so damn hard to build up – carve out time in your diary to walk your employees through any important HR docs like: contracts, handbooks, and forms (rather than simply emailing them). That way, your staff are more likely to remember that this paperwork exists, and what it says!
